Anything but Large Animal Science and Education Administration. Those were the Doctoral Degrees of two personable gents that I hired (long ago), never having earned a sheetskin myself! I also taught at the college level without so much as an Associate's Degree. This only goes to prove that Higher Education will hire anyone with a pulse as long as there is a revenue stream involved.
"Higher Education" is MASSIVELY overrated and EMBARRASSINGLY overpriced (for unAmerican indoctrination).

"Journalism" schools no longer teach Journalism, they teach Marxist indoctrination, much like primary and secondary schools.
Have you considered trade schools? They are far less expensive and in most cases provide better income, sooner than does the overrated sheepskin.
I, after all, TAUGHT at the college level without a college degree!
