You get looped back to the log in page?
I can't log in into the chat rooms

It pops open a new window n neve loads. Then when I go back to the main page it says error
Sorry issue there I guess even I was not able to login to the chat room
Can you post a screenshot of what happens when you try to sign in? What browser are you using?
@Mountainboy23 Same questions for you.
I'm using Chrome. When I log in, it accepts all my username and password and keeps just throwing me back ot this page when ever it tries to load the chat rooms. It says 'Signing in...' Then sends me back to the page I've screenshotted below, it keeps me logged in but won't load any rooms - I can access the forums and all other pages totally fine.
Please try a different browser and let me know what happens.
Does the same on Microsoft Edge too.
I get this page before being chucked back to the image i showed before. Every single time and on both Chrome and Microsoft Edge. And on my PC, my laptop and my phone too !

I think I figured it out. My account has apparently been banned - i tried a different browser and got through to recieve a message.
I submitted an un-ban request and got an error message so didn't want to log another as the website states all will be ignored with more than one request. but now I don't know if my request has even gone through! Can someone confirm it has or not ?
Also, my 'infraction' was a complete accident.
I understand that I can't ask for an unban here, but wondering if I my unban form can be confirmed or not so that I can submit one if it didn't go through ?
