Inception and Shutter Island.
Can't pick one from these two. I'm a big fan of mystery/thriller films. Shutter Island was a psychological thriller movie and it had me shocked. Inception was a good ol' thriller but what separates it from the rest is the exceptional screenplay and the mind boggling plot. And yes, last but not the least, both of these movies casted Leonardo DiCaprio as the lead actor, who, obviously, is my favourite actor.
