Chat loading

Every I choose a chat room it starts loading then jump back to the choose a chat room over and over idk why it doing it I just want to talk to my friends
 
Did the check the checkbox before you tap agree and chat? Are you on mobile or a computer? I had this issue on mobile until I figured it out.
 
Are you using a VPN? If you're trying to log in on an iPhone, you may have to turn off private relay in your iCloud settings. That is what ultimately fixed it for me.

You can't get in chat because you are banned. Making a new account doesn't change that fact. Wait out your ban.
 
ty for answering i don't if you can or not you couldn't tell me how much longer left on my ban could you
