But documents don't give rights, sovereign states do.

The constitution is just a malleable piece of interpretive literature. It's already been amended numerous times and there's whole boatload of constitutional law and idea-soaked jurists just waiting to implement yet more.

The Constitution is the document written by this Sovereign State that gives us rights . And the Amendments were permitted to make changes when need be . It is the foundation upon which our laws are based . The Bill of Rights ring a bell ?

Those documents dont give us rights. We have the rights naturally. The documents are an attempt to keep the State from taking away our natural rights. Then there is Catch-22. I have the right to do anything you can't stop me from doing.
