How to remove ban

Hi I was banned for calling a girl "gook" her user name was chinki a slur in its self, I thought she was the girl I talked to earlier in the day, when I realized my mistake I apologized, there was no racism intended, I live in Thailand and the word is acceptable here, I'm definitely not racist to Asians, I love them and live here, please reconsider the ban as I'm not a bad member and I can assure you it won't happen again, thanks for reading.
