This is a question I oft find myself asking, do people read or just reply without even checking? Not that giving a comment is unwelcome but as with every forum there's different categories and whatnot.
My comment would be read for comprehension, digest the words, then if you have something meaningful to add make the comment. To answer your direct question I feel most people see a quick summary, make it say in their minds what they want, then they comment.
